This is a classic southern German style of wheat beer. The recipe traditionally uses a 50/50 ratio of wheat and malt. Thanks to the yeast used, it has a banana aroma and notes of cloves.

Cloudy golden with a big, white head. Aroma of wheat malt, cloves, bananas, and yeasts. Moderately sweet, malty taste with some yeasts and light bitterness. Good weizen.
