A strong, rich beer brewed using a rather interesting technology – another imperial stout is brewed on the wort of an imperial stout. After fermentation, anise tincture was also added.
A thick, sweet, almost non-carbonated dark beer. In taste and aroma, it is closer to port wines.
Shelf life – 25 years.

This beer is all about marketing ( price, brewing process). But I have to admit, it is not bad. Almost black in color. Big, beige head. Roasted malt, coffee, and a hint of smoke in the aroma. Heavy body. Sweetness in taste is balanced by strong roasted bitterness. Couldn't catch any wine notes declared in the official description.
