Classic Belgian stout style, aged for almost 200 days in an oak bourbon barrel.
It has a bright amber color, a pronounced malt flavor, a dense body. After aging, the beer received noble oxidation, the body became rounded, the taste was very soft. Alcohol hid in the background. In the aroma, malt notes are complemented by notes of bourbon and tannins.

Dark brown color. Medium-sized, off-white head. Belgian yeasts, dried fruits, wood, caramel malt, and a hint of bourbon in the aroma. Moderately sweet, a bit watery for a barrel-aged quadrupel.
