Black color. One-finger thick, beige head. Roasted malt, vanilla, iodine, and wood in the aroma. A bit too sweet. Boozy, warming finish. Their regular stouts are still better.

Looks great...aroma is not at all smooth and kind of like sherry. Lots of alcohol coming through and no Belgian subtlety.
This tastes more like 70% than 11%. It's so strong that I'm mixing it with Pepsi. To the same proportions as a Jamieson. Mouth feel is ok. Taste is also ok. Just the alcohol sherry taste totally dominates massively. How would I describe the flavour? Alcohol, sherry, more alcohol, more sherry and now Pepsi. And the Pepsi is the best part of the taste by far. Actually around half beer and half Pepsi, it's quite good.
