Pale yellow color, with a thin white head. Aroma of corn and grass, maybe some fruits. Taste is malty, but well-balanced with hoppy bitterness. Good beer.

Never heard of this beer before or had it, and have never had anything by this brewery. Excited to try.
Unpasteurized, amazing. Strong hoppiness coming from the bottle. Very pale yellowy appearance, similar to champagne. Minimal head, also similar to champagne. Looks mega thin. Aroma in the glass is kind of lemony, hops are more prominent from the bottle. Quite a subtle aroma.
Wow. Taste is so much more intense than the aroma, it really surprised me. I seriously am not aware of any beer that has so little aroma, yet so much flavour. Lemon and honey dominate massively. It has a really thin feel, and a light hoppy honey aftertaste. It tastes and feels natural, like the water used is from a mega high quality spring water source. It has some lemonade and lemon sherbate characteristics. But the hops balance this sweetness. In addition this beer has a really amazing energy, possibly it has rice in even. It's unique and despite being really lemony with lots of honey, I really like it.
