Pours a cloudy, golden amber coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smell is rather dominated by bright, quite floral hops, with lighter accents of doughy, bready malts and just a hint of citrus and herbal aroma. Taste follows the nose, being dominated by quite floral, citrus hops with notes of grapefruit and lime peel and somewhat lighter grainy malt and herbal accents. Finishes with a medium bitterness and some floral, citrus hops lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
This really is much closer to an IPL than a Pilsner and that's what I'm rating it as. If I were to rate this to style as a Pilsner, my score would be much lower. While I'm not really a huge fan of the style, it's a decent example of it, although a bit too floral for my personal taste.

Bitter, earthy hops with a touch of paper in murky yellow-tinted water and not much else. It has nothing to do with a german pils.
Here's hoping their ales fare better.
