Pours a fairly clear orange with soft head.
Smell is very ginger-heavy with some hints of apples, citrus and crackers.
Taste is crackery with a huge jolt of ginger and backing notes of apples, apple sauce and citrus. Moderate bitterness with some rice lager hints.
Mouthfeel is medium and well carbonated.
Overall, a very interesting lager designed to fit Asian food. Gotta try that combo.
