This traditional Southern German style hefeweizen is brewed in accordance to the Reinheitsgebot of 1516, but is violated substantially with the addition of a special ingredient that provides peppery and floral notes to this beer’s already banana and clove character. Our little version of India!

Clear of color even when doing a swirled pour without any sediment except a few flakes of some sort of botanical. Bitter without the smoothness of a real Hefeweizen. Closer to a mild pilsner, than a true A watery light beer more than a Hefeweizen. Save your money.

A uniquely conceived beer from one of Oklahoma's panoply of new breweries. With that in mind, setting yourself apart is a must these days, but that's just half the battle. The question remains, is it any good?
Pale orange and somewhat cloudy with a finger of off-white froth from a medium pour. Behind the typical banana and clove a touch of perfume and pepper is noticed. Light and creamy with more banana and clove spice along with an array of light fruits and floral notes. Becomes sharper and drier in the finish.
This unique and excellent hefe is sold in 16 oz. cans, and summer is really not that far away.
Is there really anything more to say?

Appearance: Dark Yellowish.
Aroma: Stong clove or deep fall spice, slighttt citrus.
Taste: Strong clove and again slight citrus. Also mild hints of medicinal. Sweetness on the back end and light grapefruit.
Feel: light body, well carbonated.
Overall: Roosevelt in Tulsa the beer marketed as a wheat. It's a pleasant beer. I would enjoy it as a fall beer.
