I'm trying this at the brewery whilst watching my Browns. It poured an opaque dark with tan head that is not leaving any lace. The scent is girl scout cookie thin mint. The taste was peppermint chocolate bark. The mouthfeel was way too light body with subtle carbonation. Overall it's a beer worth developing....I hope the next iteration is even better.
