Almost black, with a beautiful creamy beige head.
In the smell dark malts, luquorice, grassy hops ancìd citric ones. Good balance.
Dark notes in the taste, a bit spicy (rye), good hoppiness.
Light body, easily drinkable, toasted aftertaste, average persistence.
Good beer, with a good balance.

Really dark brown color with tan head. Aroma has resiny hops, some dark chocolate and sweetened coffee, orange zest in the background. Taste is hoppy, resiny, quite roasty and bitter on the finish with lingering grapefruit rind and roasted grains. Medium to light body and carbonation. A legit, more old school black IPA with a good amount of hop bitterness.
