This is a great beer. Pours a beautiful hazy golden color, with a minimal white head. The aroma is wonderful - am appealing grapefruit nose - very appealing! The mouthfeel is perfect for this beer - not too heavy. As a high ABV beer, it has a balanced flavor - mild bitterness - but mitigated with the citrus flavor. Great with pasta, pizza, jambalaya - even seafood. I will buy this again - another great DIPA from the Rock and Roll Series!

This is a nice and balanced DIPA without any intense aromas and flavors but and easy to drink flavor, with a late bitterness and a malt background flavor that offers some enjoyable and flavorful sweetness. Not very complex but very suitable to pair with food.

Clear gold, thin white head, no retention or lace
Smell like muscadine grapes, grapefruit, a little dank, watermelon?, cherry?, lots of fruity aromas that are hinted at, touch of pine
Flavor is mostly citrus- grapefruit and lemon, some pine on the finish. Bit of a malty backbone. Nice bitter finish, but a bit boozy.
Nice body for the ABV, not sticky at all. The carbonation is spot on as well. A bit of alcohol heat, though
