Appearance
Rustic amber. Slight haze. 1 finger of creamy off-white head.
Nose
Peach, passion fruit, caramel, toffee, biscuit, pine, and grapefruit.
Taste
Peach, passion fruit, pine resin, and grapefruit zest. Big caramel and toffee backbone with additional notes of brown sugar, biscuit, and earth.
Mouthfeel
Medium bodied, crisp, dry, and bitter.
Overall
Very nice balance. Big hops, big malts, bitter, and dry.
