Appearance: Unfiltered pale gold, large white head, good lacing.
Aroma: Subtle. Some citrus, a bit herbal.
Taste: Hop profile seems similar to a pale ale. Still, the taste is crisp and dry like a good kolsch should be.
Mouthfeel: Smooth. light-to-medium bodied, decently carbonated.

Thanks to Ozzylizard for this one, from NBS BIF BIF #14. 16oz can poured into 14oz teku. Poured a cloudy medium yellow color with an inch of white head that had moderate retention and lacing.
The aroma had citrusy hops upfront, with some solid base grains behind.
The flavor profile was similar, the Citra hops dominated, but some floral hop notes also showed up.
The body was a bit more full than is typical for this style, was smooth, and had a dry-ish finish.
Drinkability was very good, I could see drinking a lot of these if they were local to me.
Overall, a pretty nice take on the style. Most certainly worth trying if you see it.
