Appearance:
Pale, pastel yellow, like the color of waterlilies. Above this hazy pilsner is a tall, two fingers of compressed, white suds. Moderate retention with stretched, stringy lacing.
Bouquet & Taste:
A burst of earthy hops caught in a steady breeze of vibrant lemongrass. Sneaking along behind it is a thimble of marmalade, and naturally, the tang of pilsner malts.
Feel:
Light leaning towards medium with an energetic flourish of carbonation after each swallow. Dangerously quaffable.
Taste:
A handful of zesty earth, twined with strings of lemon pith. Then comes a splash of bitter, grapefruit juice, mild pilsner dryness, and a sprinkling of powdered hops.
