Appearance:
Fogged and yellow as a lemon hard candy, except with unappetizing chunks of white matter drifting within. Its sudsy snowcap stands tall and retains well but, in keeping with its soapy appearance, it’s too slippery to leave any lace.
Bouquet:
Twin fistfuls of lemongrass, rubbed with powdered grapefruit peel.
Feel:
Paradoxical: hefty enough to have a bit of chew, yet also crisp and quenching.
Taste:
A sparse bundle of springy lemongrass, sandwiched between a set of juicy, grapefruit wedges that are ripe to the point of dripping, and more sweet than bitter. The linger is a short swish of fructose-laden, honeydew melon juice
