Poured from the can into a nonic(k) pint glass.
Sudsy and big bubbled soapy like head, but with very white color and a good sized three finger height. Dissolves at a good pale ale suspected pace, with minimal lacing. Body is slightly hazed, opaque, with a mix of orange and yellow opaque hues.
Bold hop aroma, hinting tropical and citrus, maybe even a little bit of pineapple squeaking out. Fairly neutral malt and yeast profile but an excellent hop fronted nose.
Tangy palate. Hits with a bit of medicinal bitterness at first that lingers towards eventually grapefruit oil. Juiced citrus and more grapefruit with lots of pithy like flavors in the finish. Light classic and simple pale ale body, with just enough backbone to give support and not be syrupy or watery.
A pretty solid hop forward pale ale.
