Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Pale and hints of clarity through and anticipated hazy body. Golden with a lemon colored edge that is pale, and a creamy classic big white top with clingy lace, and soapy chunks that drip off the edge of the glass.
Spicy and citrusy hop notes all in one. Nicely balanced with lots of herbs and a good amount of oily like sensing zest of citrus on the nose. Spiced fruit with even a touch of juicy hinting undertones as well.
Delicious palate. Juiced lightly on first sip, with classic hints of citrus orange and lemon. More of an interesting finish, with gum drop like hinting sweetness and herbal to pine like small bitterness for contrast. Juiced up just a hint, but stays away from big sugar or boozy quality. Hints of light grass and mint makes a good addition to the citrus and fruity sweetness.
Real nice take on an IPA.
