Final new offering from an Oliver mixed twelve pack I picked up for the weekend at Downtown Crown. Pretty golden color with no head and a faint grainy and grassy hops nose. Bread note melds nicely with noble hops and a little touch of spice. Creamy, tasty, finish. This feels like a good solid effort at the style.

Poured from the can into a Libby style pilsner glass.
Super clear and crystal gleaming body appearance. Faint hits of long linear carbonation through a big brass yellow and gold lightning like rod. Bright bleach white soapy head, a solid finger or two but manages to stick around for quite a bit. Just a great looking beer.
Aroma is super clean, cracker dry, a light dusting of flour like malt, and excellent bready sweet sensations. Faint hints of herbal hop to mix it up and a real sense of great clean lager nose.
Palate is a solid real delicious experience. Bready and slightly sticky mouthfeel, with rich tasting mix of bread dough and crisp and nice popping herbal hop flavor. Slightly sticky and pasty in the finish, but manages even a bit of chew like density while still feeling and tasting somehow light bodied. Clean, slightly hinting herbal, a bit of sticky malt sweetness, excellent bakery and dough like flavor.
This is a great pils, and impressive for just a regular house beer.
