Pours a slightly cloudy, golden amber coloration with a medium, fluffy head and slightly visible carbonation. Smells of doughy, biscuity malt and citrus hops, with notes of grapefruit and tangerine, as well as just a hint of pine. Taste is a great balance of doughy, biscuity malt and herbal, slightly floral and resinous hops, with fruity citrus and lighter tropical notes of grapefruit, tangerine and mango, as well as some pine. Finishes with a medium bitterness and some grapefruit and pine lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
A very nice Pale Ale with a great balance of fruity, resinous and slightly floral and herbal hops, as well as a nice, light maltiness and good bitternes in the finish. A light and simple, quite enjoyable brew that's easy-drinking yet flavorful, with a great, resinous bitterness in the finish. Too bad I don't have regular access to this, otherwise I could easily imagine it becoming a go-to at the right price.
