Wedgewood has 2 versions of this brew East Coast and West Coast. This review will be on the East version.
Look: Beautiful golden hazy. Rocky head
Smell: Citrus notes, and very light alcohol aroma
Taste: I fully admit this is going to be skewed because this has become my absolute favorite beer. Citrusy and smooth, very little bitter bite from the hops.
Feel: Creamy and full bodied. Heavy on the tongue, but not the stomach. Almost perfect carbonation in my opinion, could use a little more so to hit a 5, but it's at a level I cannot complain.
Overall: This has become my favorite beer. If this were sold in stores I would be broke, luckily it's only available from the brewery in growlers and it's a 30 minute drive from me.
If you ever get to Middlebury, Indiana you MUST look this place up and try this brew. The West Coast version is good, but if you love a good hazy IPA, the East is a real treat to the palet.
