Appearance - Pours a clear gold with three fingers of bubbly white head that quickly dissipates.
Smell - vinous aromas, spicy earthy belgian yeast, spicy hops, stone fruits, citrus, and biscuity malts.
Taste - vinous aromas upfront followed by the spicy belgian yeast and spicy hops. The stone fruits, citrus, and biscuity malts finish off the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation. Finishes off dry with the vinous aromas and stone fruits lingering.
Overall - An interesting take on a saison by incorporating local grapes to make this brew. I found some elements of this brew that were executed well while others were not. Still, a respectable first offering from this brewery from Beamsville that was a nice find here in Cowtown.

Light, clear yellow color. Watered down apple juice appearance.
Tastes chanpagne-y/white wine-ish.
Like if you took a persecco and Belgian witbier (like celis white or the Jordan harbough like they have here) and mixed them 40-60. All in all, light and pleasant.
