Appearance - Pours a cloudy peach with two fingers of bubbly head that quickly fades.
Smell - vinous aromas, oak, sour aromas, peach, earthy hops, bready malts, and spicy yeast.
Taste - vinous aromas, oak, sourness, and peach upfront. The earthy hops, bready malts, and spicy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate to high carbonation. Finishes tart with the peach and vinous aromas lingering.
Overall - A pleasant sour that utilizes the flavour of peach well since it is a very mild tasting fruit. A nice edition to this series. Worth seeking out if your interested.

500 ml bottle from the LCBO for $6.95 CDN.
Appearance - Very pale yellowy color with a bit of haziness. A small fingernail's worth of head is poured and fizzles out in seconds. Lots of visible bubbles. Looks like hazy champagne almost.
Smell - Wood and floral notes, some peaches as well. A tart near balsamic aroma up front accompanied by homemade canned peaches in the background.
Taste - Some sourness and tartness, but nothing too bold. Fades away with some woody notes, hints of peaches and some other light stone fruit flavors.
Mouthfeel - Medium-light bodied, very crisp and clear carbonation and fairly dry finish.
Overall - Very solid and tasty and unique sour. Worth the price of admission.
