My second 4 pack. Hop (El Dorado and Idaho 7) taste with mild sweetness made me purchase again. All criteria met. Not bad. GG keeps turning out excellent IIPA's.

Canning date smudged, but can't be very old
Pours a decent but smaller fizzy head, not much retention but decent lacing and legs, super murky orange tangerine color, much less head than version 2
Nose lots of juicy fruits, citrus, papaya, little mango, little generic tropical, and a touch of floral grassy pine, little stone fruit and faint melon notes, sweet candy malt
Taste big citrus and fruit, a lot of melon out front, watermelon and honeydew like, citrus a little tangerine, some pine and grassy earthy hop notes, tropical fruits as well, plenty of papaya, some mango puree, juicy fruits, some warming alcohol and booze flavor on the back end, a mild bitterness, some sweet candy malt in the middle, plenty of soft flaked malts
Mouth is med to fuller bod, a bit soft creamy, also not quite as juicy as the last one, and more perceived alcohol too
Overall not bad, hops are very different but also good, I feel like this base beer isn't as good as the last, so if it's the same base they did something different or this is much fresher, it was boozier, less soft and juicy, not nearly as good of a head as the last
