16oz can, 1/21/2021 poured into a HF mug
L: touch of slight haze, yellow gold, fast fading head with no lacing
S: smell at first sniff was salfur and yeast (in good way) then has it opened up some spicy grassy notes
T: ritz butter crackers with a nice firm bitterness and sweet finish
F: carb seem to fade fast leaving the beer on the flat side
Overall a nice pils, grabbed I grabbed a 4 back and interesting to see how the carb level is on the other cans

Glad to finally try one of the Soul Purpose beers, canned 2/19/20
Pours a med-large foamy bubbly head with med retention, bit of soapy lacing, mostly clear slight chill hazed light gold color
Nose nice noble hops out front, floral a bit fruity and spicy, then nice pilsner malts, grainy-sweet, little cereal and corn, clean pilsner, hint of maybe sulfate
Taste again hops out front, noble-esque, grassy floral, a little fruity and spicy later, more cereal grain, grainy-sweet pilsner malt, a touch of corn, little doughy, soft lager, hint of sulfate mixed in adding to a crisp hop bitterness late, med-lighter bitterness up front, med-high finish, crisp dry lager finish
Mouth is med to lighter bod, soft lager notes, med-high fizzy carb
Overall pretty ncie crispy pilsner, good hop presence, nice base malt, enjoyable

Can to lager glass.
The appearance was a nice looking semi-yellow color, mellow transparency with no carbonation seen rising. Small-ish white foamy head gliding off delicately. Some lace wound around my glass.
The aroma mixed it up well between the grassy to semi-spicy to mellow floral hopped to some biscuity malts.
The flavor leaned into the sweet malts but brought a mild grassy to floral and semi-spicy blend. Smooth aftertaste of all prior tastes.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a fine sessionability about it. Nice carbonation about it. Some smoothness. Finishes semi-crisp with a toned down spicy to maltiness.
Overall, I know I added it as a Bohemian/Czech pilsner but it's probably more of an American lager with a little amount of those qualities.
