Galaxy PULP Daddy takes our incredibly popular recipe for PULP Daddy and flips it on its head by introducing waves of Galaxy. Galaxy hops replace almost the entire original recipe of Citra & Mosaic, leading to huge tropical citrus notes. Pineapple vibes leads the charge on this out-of-this-world brew.

16oz. can served in a cervoise. Pours a dull orange with a tight, quarter inch, bright white head and a hazy clarity. Nose expresses notes of citrus, pith and a hint of cracker malt. Taste consistent with nose with a hint of medicinal/herbal bitterness at the finish. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with a carbonation shy of assertive. Overall, a another solid offering from GG.

Canned 10/21/20
Pours a med-larger frothy 1.5 finger head with good retention, soapy lacing, hazy cloudy pale orange color

Nose brings lots of tropical fruit and some bright citrus, pineapple, mango, tangerine, a little lemony, light sweet malt, little blonde malt

Taste brings fair sweet malt, borderline candy like malt, blonde malts, flaked proteins like oats, lots of hops kick in quickly, tons of pineapple, a bit of Hawaiian punch, pineapple juice, a little grapefruit and light citrus, lemony-tangerine notes, touch of young unripe mango, not real bitterness, little pithy though, just a hint of alcohol late, drier finish with a bit of bitterness, more pith and tropical fruit

Mouth is med bod, soft juicy, med foamy carb, just a hint of warming alcohol

Overall pretty good for DNEIPA, lots of juicy pineapple galaxy, no spicy green hop burn thankfully, not leftover chalky minerals, enough malt to prop it up, good beer
