16oz undated can.
Pours hazy gold with an inch of white fluff. Moderate retention and lacing. Muted aromatics with mild pine, pineapple, and white grape. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Spruce juice with peach, pineapple on the palate. Finishes bit sweet with minimal malt and a balancing bitterness.
Lacking the Nelson punch I was hoping for.

Pours a hazy yellow with a tall billowy head that ends as a lot of lacing.
Smells of resinous piney hops. Tastes of citrus and mango with a slightly bitter / sweet finish.
Medium body with light carbonation. Lightly lush, smooth and syrupy mouthfeel.
This brew is mild mannered and very drinkable. Folks who dislike IPA's for being too bitter should be ok with this one

A Nelson Sauvin IPA. It probably has Citra or something like it in there too. Very good. The first can I chilled and poured, and I liked it a lot. The second can I chilled upside down in the hope of getting some of the hop stuff on the bottom redistributed. It had a hint of hop burn. Maybe one should not do that. The first can was better. I will buy this beer again because I like Nelson Sauvin hops.
The look was yellow and opaque, like pilsner malt and oat. The smell and taste were Nelson Sauvin, and some Citra or something citrussy. The feel was NEIPA.
