Pours a hazy golden color with a 1F head and light lacing.

Smells of slightly dank herbal and floral hops with a lot of citrus.

Tastes of tangy wheat, slightly dank grapefruit, orange, lemon and mango with a lightly salty, bitter, boozy warm finish.

Medium light body and carbonation. Brut mouthfeel.

This is a big, complex , non-cloy juicy brew. It hides it's high ABV pretty well.

In the world of bang for the buck tall boys this brew is one of the best.

Poured from a can into a snifter
Appearance – The beer pours a super hazy orange juice color with a tiny head of white foam. The head fades quite quickly, leaving just a touch of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aromas is quite heavy of a orange juice smell mixed with some light tropical fruits of mango and pineapple along with notes of papaya and tangerine. Other hop aromas of grapefruit and some very light herbal hop notes are there as well, mixing with a touch of breadiness and some caramel to produce a very orange fruit juice smell overall.
Taste -The taste starts with a big showing of the orange and tangerine that were in the nose, mixed with some of the bready malt and a bit of yeast. There is also a moderate showing of the grapefruit hop, being a mix of a sweet grapefruit and grapefruit rind like flavor. Other flavors of a light herbal hop and some other tropical fruits of pineapple and papaya are there as well. As the taste advances the hop fades a touch, all while the orange remains quite strong. Some apricot joins in with the profile, adding even more fruit juiciness to the brew. Toward the end of the flavor profile some grass and more herbal hop join in, and with a touch of alcohol, one is left with a nice, orange heavy, but well balanced and robust taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel -The body is rather thick and chewy with a moderate carbonation level. Overall, the feel is quite fitting for the style and makes for a nice sipper at near 10 % abv.
Overall – Another good brew by greater good. Big but balanced. Well worth a try.

Picked up a single nineteen ounce can at Luke's in Plymouth, Massachusetts for about four dollars. My fourth brew from these guys. Canned on date of 12/3/24. Good.
