50 cl tap pour at Volfoni Pizza in Toulouse, France. Nice rich foam up on unftered copper brew.
Indistinct nose is the bummer here. Notes of cardboard and metal.
Tastes good - ripe lime and grapefruit are countered with an almost sweet malt and decently dry and bitter finish.
Mouth is full, but crisp. Medium carbonation.
Overall, nice to find this on draught. A tasty sud that can stand on its own, or enhance an Italian appetizer at a French bistro.

Slightly hazy amber golden color with a thin head.
Aroma with predominant notes of plums or grapes, some pine, bread and grapefruit (now easy to understand the literal name given the grapey tones).
Flavor with notes of grapefruit, lots of pine, spices or slightly toasted malts, a bit of caramel and dark purple fruits. Quite dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
I found this American IPA rather pleasant, refreshing and appropriate to have tons of grape like flavors being an Italian IPA. Not dull, rather hoppy. Don’t underrate this for being industrial.

I tried this beer while in Rome. Poured from a brown 11.2 oz. bottle. Has a copper-beige color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell has a bit of dankness to it. Taste is pine, malts, a touch of citrus, mild bitterness. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a decent beer.
