Shinny, bright yellow hue, kind of hazy, soapy white head that scattered quickly, some soapy retention, and a few specks of lace. The nose was sour and tart, yeasty and funky… wheat influences too. Inviting, but not all that potent though. The palate is a mesh of zesty, tart, citrusy, funky, and sweet influences. The sweetness is upfront with puckering sourness at the finish… mouthwatering sour! Very enjoyable. The carbonation is modest throughout, medium-light mouthfeel. Overall this is a very tasty beer that I’d love to drink again!
