This is a big barrel aged wine strength IPA. Aged for one year, this beer has rich complex malty and fruity notes. A robust bitterness balances out the lingering malty flavors.

I picked this up from a brewery in Kearney, NE that absolutely refused to follow even a modicum of public health recommendations. Only half the staff had masks, and all the patrons were nicely clustered together for maximum breath swapping. But the beer was at least pretty good! Enjoyed in the isolation of my hotel room, it has a strong, booziness and a hop profile that tastes like a barreling DIPA. Strength if the name of the game here, and it has plenty of that, so try to enjoy this to cap a night, Enjoying this at the beginning of a couple beers will ensure that anything that follows is tasteless.
