Served with a coppery-bronze hue, ½ inch of white head, good retention, and some unorganized lace. Pleasant nose, sweet, alcoholic, malty. The invitation was dead-on. Lovely palate, sweet, malty, alcoholic… minimal hops influence, terrific flavor profile. Medium body, little carbonation, silky smooth mouthfeel. Slight belly warming. This is another quality brew from Thunderhead and an excellent interpretation of the style, recommended!
