Bronze-brown hue served with a small white head, good retention, and oodles of lace. Very pleasant and inviting nose, it is strongly citrusy (lemon & grapefruit) but well polished; the bouquet is one-dimensional
but with surprising depth! Excellent palate, the same citrusiness is present as well, little noticeable malt influence, somewhat puckering bitter
like sour candy. Mouthwatering. Complex in its blunt simplicity. The low carbonation aids the silky smooth mouthfeel, albeit a hair thin. Still this is awesomely drinkable. Highly recommended.
My girlfriend noted, This is the hoppiest Pale Ale I have ever had. I concur.
