Taken from notes when visited Kearney. A hazy golden color with limited head and lacing. The head does dissipate but does not completely go away. The lace however doesn’t last. The smell is limited. Some citrus with a stronger lemony aroma. Not much wheat at all.

The taste is very basic. A good hop zing to it. Not really lemony but definitely a citrus tang to it. The malt is nothing spectacular but still supports the hops. The wheat flavor is not present at all. Take this not in a bad way but kind reminds me of a Coors Light.

The body is light and the carbonation is big. Talking to the bartender, this is the beer that they usually served to those who enjoy the American macros (Coors, Bud, etc). Which is a great many in Nebraska, so take it for what it is.

Slightly hazy golden-bronze, small white head, no retention, no lace. Weak nose, ambivalent aromas… maybe a hint of wheaty-malt. Boring palate, vaguely wheaty, little else… lacks German wheat qualities (no clove, no banana, etc…) and American wheat qualities (no toastiness, etc…). Meager carbonation, medium-light body… this one is par at best. I don’t think this one is geared towards the BA audience… rather lackluster, something for the local “beer uneducated” college crowd? No need to try this one.
