The bigger and very different brother of our Risk IPA. Reward features a dry malt profile and Citra, Amarillo and Eureka hops. The result is a dank hop aroma with tropical fruit and distinct pineapple character backed up with a floral/lemon-citrus hop flavor. The bigger the Risk the greater the Reward.

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours orange yellow with a small white head. Smells of citrus and floral hop notes. Tastes of citrus and floral hops with nice grain backbone. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.

Had on tap at the brewer. The look of this one was a dark yellow and slightly hazy. The aroma was nice and tropical with tangerine and pineapple. The taste was pretty juicy up front with a lot of dankness. Nice mouthfeel. I enjoyed this one.

Pours an almost clear honey yellow with a thick white cap that leaves fabulous lacing. Aroma is malt forward, some tropical fruit in the background. Flavor follows the nose with lots of bitterness in front and lots of malt, and a little fruitiness in back.
Feel is fine, Not sure of the freshness on this, I'd like to love this beer as it was given to me, but I'm not feeling it. Overall okay at best.

POUR: On draft into a nonic pint. Enjoyed at The Old Fashioned in Madison, WI. APPEARANCE: Gold/amber in color. Hazy, cant see through. Slight white head but reduced over time. Fair amount of glass lacing. AROMA: Crisps and hoppy with pine notes. TASTE: Follows the nose. Crisp hoppy and piney. Fair amount of rock candy-like flavors. Smooth drinker. Flashes big flavor upfront and then recedes. AFTERTASTE: Smooth finish despite the ABV. Slight crisp hop bite on the tongue initially but recedes nicely. Lighter mouth feel. NOTES: Nice brew that borders on the hop bomb side yet finishes nicely. REVIEW/ RATING: Very good/ 4 out of 5.
