"Bonza" is Aussie speak for that which is excellent and good. A seasonal IPA hailing from the native home of our Brewery Chef Guy Davies, Bonza is brewed with Chilean malts and Rakau and Summer hops from New Zealand/Australia.

From a 32 oz. Crowler given to me by my nephew.

Pale yellow to dark straw appearance with a one finger white head that leaves a full covering skim. Nose has a bit of a dairy-like lactose smell with some nice lemony citrus and bready malt. Taste is mild malt and some hoppy bitterness on the finish - really doesn't have a lot of flavor I can discern. Mouthfeel is moderate with decent carbonation. This is my second Good City beer I have tried in two days - I like it more than Risk but not by a whole hell of a lot. Decent quaffer but nothing special.
