When a brewery is attempting to distinguish itself from the herd of mediocrity that best describes the larger portion of Milwaukee breweries, this is not what you want to create. Density is nothing more than a poor clone of every other overly sweet imperial stout that you can think of naming, and ironically named due to the underwhelming thin qualities that plague the beer. I will concede that fact that nobody else in Milwaukee is brewing anything like this, but that might also be a lesson that Good City should have learned. Instead, they have churned out a thin, sickeningly sweet smelling, coca cola tasting stout that will appeal to masses of people who know no better.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
