Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours cloudy yellow orange with a white fluffy head. Smells of tropical fruit and citrus with a hint of pine. Tastes of citrus and tropical fruit with just a hint of earthiness. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.

12oz can, no apparent freshness date. Hazy copper colored ale capped with a fluffy ivory colored head. Tropical fruit juice aromas: mango, passion fruit, grapefruit and a hint of caramel malt. Flavors are tropical fruit as well, but there's a nice spicy, piney, and earthy hop character that blends well with the forward mango, pineapple, grapefruit, and passion fruit notes. Medium body, resinous hops, moderate carbonation, and moderately bitter finish. Easy drinking IPA with good flavors.

Poured 12oz can into snifter. Transparent light bronze color, with 1 finger of white head. Fades into a collar with rings of bubbled lacing on the glass. Big bitter hops and pine, sharp citrus, and sweet caramel mixed in. My mouth is blasted with bitter hops. Nice amount of resin, pine, grapefruit pith and some citrus. It does sweeten with some caramel and malt in the middle. Finish is a nice bitter pine bite. Medium bodied with light carbonation. Quite resinous and very dry. A nice west coast IPA that uses newer Idaho 7 hops.

12oz can, served in a snifter glass. Pours a clear darker golden copper body, one finger white head, a fair bit of lacing. Smell is caramel, candied sugar, a bit of grapefruit, light resin and pine, a touch of tropical fruit sweetness. Flavour follows, candied sugar, tropical fruit, grapefruit zest, a bit of resinous pine, caramel. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, good carbonation, nice balance. Overall, a solid west coast style IPA with a good balance of the usual suspects.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 12 fl oz can on April 12, 2018. Spring seasonal release brewed with Idaho 7 hops. Look is clear light amber with a thick head and lingering lacing. Clean crisp hop forward IPA.
