A - Dark, almost pitch black color. Pours thick with just the right amount of creamy brown head
S - Smells like a stout should but nothing super special or different about this one
T - Some dark chocolate bitterness upfront and throughout balanced by a slightly sweet coconut finish. Very delicious and surprisingly not too sweet given this was labeled a “pastry stout.” Zero alcohol taste, just tasty stout
M - Thick and rich just like a higher abv stout should be
O - A delicious stout that’s way too drinkable for 8.5%. Just the right balance of bitterness, sweetness, and rich flavor. If you can find some drink it!
