Czech Amber Lager brewed in support of PVA. Grain and hops were donated by Prairie Malt and Crosby Hops. A medium bodied brilliant amber lager with a soft and slightly creamy mouthfeel. Tasting Notes: Rich toasty bread aromas with subtle Millard caramel like notes with distinct floral and spicy hops on the nose. Grainy graham cracker and caramel flavors with subtle notes of plum and berry on the backend finishing with baking spice from the Saaz hops. Clean traditional lager characteristics.

Look: Pours a clear amber with a silky tan head that rises and slowly settles to a lid, leaving good lacing behind

Aroma: Toasted bread crust, toffee, raisins, dough, light floral hop notes, and warmed bread

Taste: Opens up with toffee and raisins that hold and develop briefly before malt comes crashing in to join. Toasted bread crust, dough, and warm bread in play and go back and forth with toffee and raisins through the close

Mouthfeel: Full but light, clean, smooth, medium-high carbonation, and clean, smooth, and crisp on the finish

Overall: I dig it. This is a tasty and well-made Czech Amber Lager that comes together nicely and packs a lot of flavor into a light package. Supports a good cause too, which is awesome, and definitely worth a try if you see it

This beer is in honor of Paralyzed Veterans of America.
Very attractive beer poured int a dimpled mug. Bright yet darker copper coloured body with a lovely frothy/rocky cream coloured head. Beautiful!
Aroma is like light caramel fudge and warm brown bread. Nice.
Taste similar but a bit of honey. Maybe a bit sweet, but after a few sips it calms down a bit.
Mouth feel gets a bit rough unfortunately, a little sweet cloying in the end, and carbonation could be much better.
A good attempt at a rare style. But needs work
