FEBRUARY 2024. On tap at the brewery's tap room.
Deep blonde color with amber highlights, slightly sheer.
Nice foam as a cap, with a decent consistency.
In the mouth, medium body with a lively and pleasantly intense carbonation.
The entrance is quite soft, characterized by malts with a slightly sweet note. Followed by a herbaceous taste, slightly resinous but not very aromatic. Only slightly more citrus notes in the background. The finish is dry, very slightly bitter.
It is a classic drink with some minimal reinterpretations in which both malts and hops stand out in flavour.
