JULY 2022 - On tap at the Brewery's tap room.
Medium, soft and tasty foam.
Typically citrus notes on the nose (orange peel, grapefruit, cedar).
Deep straw yellow color, slightly hazy.
In the mouth, a flowing body, aided by a lively carbonation (too much for my taste, but it actually suits us), not watery but extremely drinkable.
The impact of the malts on the gustatory level is non-existent, the whole stage is left to hops (I suppose there are Citra, Cascade, Simcoe or similar) that release an intense citrus taste, with herbaceous / resinous reflections that however do not result in an intense bitterness , but rather dry.
There are hints of grapefruit, orange, lemon peel and also a slight resinous reflection.
The finish is clean, dry, a slightly bitter tip remains on the tongue, absolutely non-invasive.
