At the pump (33 cl 5€ at the brewery).
Toasted and lighter chocolate aromas.
Beige foam, appropriately abundant, with a soft and creamy consistency.
Light and soft body thanks to the use mainly of oats.
In the mouth I find notes of toasted mato that go more towards the biscuit than the coffee. Notes of dark chocolate that fades into licorice, immediately dampened by a cereal softness that pervades the entire beer.
The body has a hint of light silkiness, but it is rather watery.
Yes, easy to drink, but also enough to be far from unforgettable.
I would say, scholastic.
