MARCH 2024.
A special version of their Oatmeal Stout ("Mora") brewed every year on St. Patrick's Day, it uses oysters.
The beer maintains its fundamental characteristics regarding the body: very light, a little silky, with a hint of oats.
The taste is enriched by pleasant salty notes (always very delicate) that intersect with those of toasted cereals (rather than roasted) and dark chocolate.
Compared to the "original" version, it has a minimum of more distinctive traits and is also more satisfying to drink, despite the extreme smoothness and softness that flattens the general taste a bit.
Nothing amazing, but rather faithful to the style of inspiration.
See the review of "MORA" for a more complete general picture, the base beer is the one to which they added (during the boiling phase) a little oysters:

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
