Robust Brown Ale!!! Poured from 1 16 oz, can into a pint glass, this beer features a dark brown color with lots of reddish light coming through. The head is light tan, big and foamy, with very good retention. There is a lot of foamy lacing on the glass. A good looking beer!!!! Strong aroma and flavor featuring rich bready roasted malt, lots of coffee and a little chocolate. On the taste, there is some bitterness in the finish - either from the coffee or hops. The aroma and flavors are very good. Mouthfeel is rich and malty with some nice mild bitterness at the end. This is a well crafted and very enjoyable beer.
