What do you get when you take our delicious American Hefeweizen base (used to make Ohio Sky) and add a whole lotta peach? We like to call it Georgia Sky! Released in the peak of summer, right as the Peach Trees grow heavy with fruit, the Georgia Sky is an homage to summer time, and back porch sittin’. The pale base made up of 60% wheat malt and 40% 2 row malt, gives the Georgia Sky a nice ‘cloudy’ look and rich mouthfeel. The mild hop profile is just enough to compliment, but not overwhelm the addition of Peach! Come grab a pint today, it might be gone tomorrow!
