Served in a tulip at the brewery.
Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is a copper color with good clarity and vision of bubbles coming up through the glass. Nice lacing down the glass as the beer was drank.
Smell: Citrus, grassy, herbal, earthy, toasted, and caramel malts.
Taste: Same as above with some mild bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, medium to full bodied, mild bitterness, and a little chewy.
Overall: Nice hopped AIPA. It would be good to take some back to Boston.
