I thought the Doble IPA was one of the better beers at Orlando Brewing. The beer was orange/copper clear and had a nice white head that laced. The smell was good, but not pungent enough for me. The taste was decent, had the nice oily hop base which gave some pine and citrus notes and was balanced with sweet malt. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall a decent beer and if by chance I would try it again.

The beer was served on-tap at the Orlando Brewing tasting room, and served in a pint glass. The beer is slightly hazed, with an orange-copper coloring and a thick, two inch, frothy, foamy, beige colored head. The smell is rich malt, with light citrus highlights that seem a bit overpowered. The flavor is super-bitter, fresh, green hops. Super-green, with fresh-cut grass characteristics. Maltiness is super-dark caramel and sugar-syrupy sweetness. The aftertaste is crisp and dry, but sweet at the same time. A lot of flavor going on in this brew. The finish is rich, smooth, and somehow dry, also. Robust and strong, this is a good sipper. I just re-read this and realized how many times I said 'super'...my apologies, but this was damn tasty!

A-dark golden with a thin off-white colored head. had good lacing
S-smells like a mix of sweet and stale grassy hops and with a very sweet and extreme bitterness. the after-taste is a bit bitter and grassy. overall it is an impressive attempt at a double IPA. i feeel they can work on the flavor of the hops more. it seems to be way more bitter than hoppy, which i know some people like, but it just doesn't seem to be very well balanced here.
M-medium carbonation with a fairly dry finish
D-it seems to get more dry as you go on and the overal lack of taste becomes more apparent. it starts to remind me more and more of a beginners home brew. it is tasty though, definitely not a bad beer.

On-tap at the go-to place in Orlando. This is Josh Oakes recommended beer, so I had it. Decently crafted DIPA with hoppiness and lots of offsetting malt, although a bit of sourness I so detect. Average mouthfeel. Some hop aroma, decent grapefruit looking body and some lace.

The appearance is typical and the head is about what I expected. The aroma has big hops with both citrus and grass. There is also plenty of sweet malt to balance. The taste is bitter and much like the aroma. The palate is a bit thin but very much like many beers from this brewer. Overall this is a good beer.

A nice auburn brown body and a very hoppy smell along with some malts. While this was very hoppy it maintained some malt backbone to it, so it wasn't overly citric or slick. Strong backbite on a smooth beer; ABV is probably a tad weak for some DIPA fans.

On tap at the brewery in a 10 oz glass, since it weighs in at 8%. I read the prior reviews, and it sounds like they changed the recipe , 'cause now this one;
Pours a clear oaken brown, capped by a brown head. Aroma and quaff is now more along the lines of a Barleywine hammer - plenty of rich malts balanced with a pile of hops. Not oily or hop rich as a DIPA normally presents itself. But, this one was damn tasty, and I recommend trying one if you make it to the brewery.

Had on draft at the brewery in a goblet.
Poured a deep copper-gold with a touch of haze.
Aroma was full of hops with a light background of malt sweetness.
Taste started off with hops and almost threatened to become only hops until a dryish malt flavor came by to balance the taste a bit leaving a resiny, though pleasant, hop taste in the back of the mouth.
The mouthfeel was bit thin and could use a little more malt flavor, which balance the hops a bit more.
A very enjoyable beer.

Beer was served, at the brewery, in a wine glass. Looked very nice in the glass. Had a nice smell but was not strong enough, needs more aroma hops for a double. Tasted great, very nice, strong hop flavor without the burn of many others. I really liked the mouthfeel, very rich with good carbonation level. Very good beer, next time I'm in Orlando I will seek it out.

Had on-tap at Orlando Brewery. Pours a copperish amber color. Aroma is strong hops with a bit of alcohol in the nose as well. Mouthfeel is medium-full that is extra smooth. This is a really well crafted brew. I give full props to the guys at Orlando Brewing Partners for creating such a tasy IIPA.
