I see I'm the first to review this, so I wonder who added it b/c I have never had an English "Mild" Pale Ale before. This is like a Pale Ale but I can see where mild comes in to play b/c everything was lighter than usual.
A light, seethru cark copper brown with a frothy tan head that leaves sheath lacing down the glass. An herbal tea bitterness passes for hops aroma and hints of bready malt, but that's it. A mild, dry hoppiness along with a thin body and a little bit of sweet malts/bread malts (hints of honey or something also) are all in here. Finishes dry like a cracker for some reason and a little leafy; an alright drying backbite but leaves a little bit of an aftertaste. Not a bad beer to have once in a while.
