The beer was served on-tap at the Orlando Brewing tasting room, and served in a pint glass. The beer pours a dark, vibrant, ruby-copper color with a thin, foamy white head. The beer leaves a thick lace on the glass while you drink. The aromas are a smooth blend of sweet malt, with a wet, smooth, fresh-cut grassy hops character. The flavor is orange and grapefruit first, all over the tongue, followed by wet, fresh hops, with peppery and tangy tones. The aftertaste is tart and crisp, with green overtones leading to a bitter-dry finish. The beer remains smooth throughout, with a good balance of flavors. Very tasty!
