The beer was served on-tap at the Orlando Brewing tasting room, and served in a pint glass. The beer is a special release (very limited from what the bartender told me) of their 500th batch of the Pale Ale. In celebration, they "threw in a truckload of hops at the end," again according to our bartender that day. The beer is a bright, slightly hazed orange-amber coloring with a thick, frothy, foamy head. The head quickly settles into a filmy coating. There is a floral and citrus nose, with a steady pressence of resiny hops. The flavor is strong, with a dark roasted and toasty character, balanced by a bittersweet and resinous hops character. The beer balances extremely well. The flavors balance well, with a toasted sweet aftertaste. The body is round, and a bit slick. The finish is smooth and slightly oily. Delicious!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
